How do you ship?

Domestic orders ship USPS Priority Mail within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, sorry!

I’m a Maui local. Can I pick up my order?

Yes! If you live on Maui, I am happy to arrange a day/time to meet up. Please use MAUILOCAL at checkout and I’ll follow up to arrange a pick up day/time.

Can I return or exchange my item?

At this time, all sales are final.

Can I make a custom order?

Absolutely! Please click here to submit your inquiry about a custom order. I am always up for a new challenge and look forward to hearing what you’d like me to create. Please keep in mind that I am the only ceramic artist for Kuau Kitty Ceramics and my speciality is smaller pieces fired in small batches and each piece is individual, not perfectly matched so I might not be able to accept all custom order inquiries, however if the timing and fit is right - I’d love to!

Are your items microwavable and dishwasher safe?

Yes, all items can be placed in the microwave and dishwasher. I suggest hand-washing when possible to ensure longevity.

Do you sell wholesale or on consignment?
